The American airline Hawaiian Airlines, will on May 20th 2023 start operating service between Honolulu Daniel K Inouye International Airport and Rarotonga International Airport. Hawaiian Airlines did previously operate the route between 1987 and 1993.
The route will operate on saturday afternoon from Honolulu with landing at Rarotonga late evening, with return from Rarotonga in sunday evening and landing monday morning in Honolulu. The route will be operated by an Airbus A321neoLR with place for 16 passengers in Premium Class, 45 passengers in Extra Comfort Premium Economy Class and 128 passengers in Economy Class.
